Overview

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunds

Rey Hair maintains a very high level of quality assurance by putting every human hair wig through a rigorous process to ensure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are carefully examined before shipping.

Our main objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Because of the nature of our products, EVERY SALE IS FINAL!!!

Exchanges

Rey Hair, at its initiative, may exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within three business days of receiving the product(s).
  • Any exchange request received after three business days of receiving the product will be denied.
  • We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way (washed, brushed, combed, or cut).
  • Human hair products that have been used cannot be returned for sanitary reasons, according to federal law. As a precautionary measure, please return the item in its original and resalable condition.
  • The product has to be exchanged for an item of similar or greater worth. To process an exchange, the product must be returned at your own cost.

Shipping Returns

We recommend using a shipping company that provides tracking information and confirmation of delivery because we are not in charge of lost packages. The item must be shipped back to us within a short period (not more than one week). After one week, no return product will be accepted.

Your product will be carefully examined once it is received. If the product is returned unused with the same condition as it was received, we will exchange it for something of similar or greater worth. You can only exchange once per order.

No refunds will be issued by Rey Hair, unless we make some mistakes during order treatment, in that case, we will exchange the product at no extra charge to the customer.
