Can I dye or bleach the wigs?
Yes, our 100% virgin human hair wigs can be dyed or bleached. However, we recommend having this done by a professional stylist to avoid damage.
How long do the wigs last?
With proper care, our wigs can last one year and more. Longevity depends on how often you wear them and how well you maintain them.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on unused wigs in original condition within three days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, worn or altered wigs cannot be returned. Please review our full Return Policy.
How do I care for my wig?
We recommend washing your wig with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, air drying it, and storing it on a wig stand when not in use.
Can I wear your wigs every day?
Absolutely! Our wigs are designed for everyday wear and can be styled comfortably for work, events, or casual outings.
How do I know my wig size?
Most of our wigs come in standard medium size with adjustable straps. If you need a custom size, please contact us for assistance before placing your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. You can see options at checkout.
How long is delivery?
- Orders will be shipped within 48 hours-72 hours after payment is received. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days by FedEx/UPS/DHL. Because of sales or holidays, this processing timeframe is susceptible to change.
- A physical address is required; DO NOT LEAVE A PO BOX ADDRESS AS DHL/UPS/FedEx will be unable to deliver to it.
- You should not authorize DHL/UPS/ FedEx to leave your package at your door. This results in package loss.
- Make sure to provide us with the right information about your product shipping to avoid any confusion.
- We are not responsible for any deliveries that are delayed caused by bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. It is important to keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be included in shipping times.
- UPS/FedEx/ DHL are trusted to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not reimburse your shipping costs.
